Khun Direk Mahadumrongkul loved watches so very much that he began a watch repair stall in Trocadero Alley more than 60 years ago. He wanted to bring luxury watches to Thailand but do it his own way. In order to create a leading watch company, Khun Mahadumrongkul put together an excellent team in 1994 that worked in marketing and distributing only the best watch brands with after sales services that match them.

The watch boutique created by this team became Trocadero Time and the decades of expertise in watch repair in Bangkok turned into the strong after-sales service that would go on to be one of Trocadero’s strong suits.

One of the first great brands that joined up with Trocadero Time was Oris of Switzerland. The mechanical watches made by this company are of incredible precision, which were now going to be solely distributed by Trocadero Time.

Trocadero Time is now the sole distributor of luxury watches in Thailand for Gucci, Orient and many more. Partnerships with brands such as Carl Bucherer, Grand Seiko and Issey Miyake Watches are also central to Trocadero Time’s catalogue.
